These introductory pages in my Body Project Sketchbook, example my initial ideas surrounding the topic. I highlighted artists I thought would be relevant for this project, and subsequently created a brief mind-map that describes their type of work, and most famed pieces. I had been lightly pushed into creating work that surrounded picking on insecurities, yet with humour, and so, I had created both a photomontage, and a series of watercolour pieces, inspired by my own insecurities. With my watercolour pages, I had referenced some artists, like Egon Schiele, and The Chapman Brothers, due to their exaggerated art styles in the appearances of their subjects.
